- I ordered the wrong codes or don't want these codes anymore. Can I return them if they are unused?

Full Grip Games does not accept any refunds or returns for codes once purchased. All sales are final.

 

- I ordered codes and didn't get an email with my codes.

First, check to make sure your account email doesn't have any typos or mistakes. The process is automatic, so if you enter the wrong email, your order email will get sent to the wrong email. Make sure to check your spam/junk and/or promotional folders as well. If you still haven't received your code email, submit a contact form.

 

- Do these codes work on Pokémon TCG Live?

All of the codes on Full Grip Codes are supposed to work on PTCG Live, however, the client is in beta and has some glitches and issues with code redemption. Full Grip Games is NOT responsible for any glitches or issues with Pokémon TCG Live's client. Proceed with caution if you play on Pokémon TCG Live and are buying codes you have not tried before on the client.
